1. Overview
Welcome to ROADS CRAFT. By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from roadscraft.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.
ROADS CRAFT is a handcrafted leather goods brand based in Istanbul, Turkey. All products are made by hand in our Istanbul atelier.

3. Products
All ROADS CRAFT jackets are handcrafted and hand-painted in our Istanbul atelier using genuine lambskin leather. Each design is strictly limited to a maximum of 5 pieces worldwide.
We offer two purchase models:
Same Design: A made-to-measure version of an existing design, tailored to your measurements.
Bespoke: A fully custom jacket designed and crafted according to your personal specifications.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor variations in colour, texture, and finish between items are inherent to the craft and are not considered defects.
4. Orders & Production Time
All orders are made-to-order. Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, production will begin. Standard production time is communicated at the time of ordering and may vary depending on the complexity of the design and current workload.
We will keep you informed of your order's progress via email.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD ($) and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. ROADS CRAFT reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the one shown at the time of purchase.
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Full payment is required before production begins.
6. Custom Orders (Bespoke)
Bespoke orders are entirely custom-made to your specifications. By placing a bespoke order, you acknowledge that:
The item is made exclusively for you and cannot be returned or exchanged except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
You are responsible for providing accurate measurements and specifications at the time of ordering.
Changes to specifications after production has begun may not be possible and may incur additional charges.
7. Measurements
For made-to-measure and bespoke orders, you are responsible for providing accurate body measurements as instructed in our Measurement Guide. ROADS CRAFT is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

8. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and do not include production time.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees applicable in their country of delivery. These charges vary by country and are outside of our control. ROADS CRAFT is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery of the parcel to the shipping carrier.
9. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the bespoke and made-to-measure nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives with a manufacturing defect.
If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item by emailing info@roadscraft.com with a description and photographs of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a suitable resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
We are unable to accept returns for reasons of change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or minor natural variations in handcrafted items.
10. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided that production has not yet commenced. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at info@roadscraft.com.
Once production has started, cancellations are not accepted. For bespoke orders, cancellations are not accepted after the design has been confirmed.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on roadscraft.com — including but not limited to photographs, artwork, designs, text, and the ROADS CRAFT name and logo — is the exclusive property of ROADS CRAFT and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission from ROADS CRAFT.
12. User Conduct
By using this website, you agree not to:
Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website.
Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
Reproduce or resell any product or content without written authorisation.
13. Accuracy of Information
We endeavour to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, and pricing on roadscraft.com are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all information is error-free, complete, or current. Colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device settings.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ROADS CRAFT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and products are provided "as is." ROADS CRAFT makes no warranties, express or implied, beyond what is required by applicable consumer protection law, including in the United Kingdom under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
16. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
17. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. ROADS CRAFT is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website. Such links do not constitute an endorsement.
