Production and dispatch

Every jacket is made to order by hand in our Istanbul atelier. Your order is shipped within 15 business days of receiving your payment (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Türkiye). As soon as it leaves the atelier, we email you the tracking number.

If there is a delay

If we see that we cannot ship your order within 15 business days, we email you before the period ends. In this email we tell you the new date (or, if we cannot give a firm date, the reason). You then choose one of two options:

  • wait for the new date,
  • cancel the order and receive the full amount you paid.

If you cancel, we refund you straight away. If there is a second delay, we continue with the order only if you expressly agree.

Shipping cost and delivery time

Shipping is free on all orders, worldwide. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the country and on customs procedures.

Customs and import taxes

For deliveries outside Türkiye, the destination country may charge import VAT, customs duty and the carrier's customs clearance fee. These amounts are not included in our prices and are paid by the buyer. They are usually collected by the carrier on or before delivery.

  • EU: For shipments above €150, the destination country's VAT and the customs clearance fee are collected on delivery.
  • United States: The duty exemption for shipments under $800 has been removed. Every shipment is charged customs duty and a clearance fee according to the tariff on the day.
  • Other countries: According to that country's rules.

Customs procedures can sometimes delay delivery. If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, we email you and plan a new delivery together. If you wish to withdraw from a standard order, we refund you as described in our Returns Policy; the cost of the parcel's return to us is deducted from the refund.

Responsibility in transit

Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you. If it is lost or arrives damaged, write to info@roadscraft.com. We send a new one or refund the full amount; the choice is yours.

Cancellation

You can cancel any order free of charge within 48 hours of placing it. Details are in our Returns, Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy.
