Production Time

All ROADS CRAFT jackets are handcrafted to order in our Istanbul atelier. Production times are as follows:

Same Design (made-to-measure): 1–2 weeks

Bespoke (fully custom): 2–3 weeks

These times begin once your order is confirmed and payment has been received. You will be notified when your order is dispatched.

Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs process.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

You may cancel or modify your order within 48 hours of placing it, provided that production has not yet begun. To request a cancellation or change, please contact us immediately at info@roadscraft.com with your order number.

After 48 hours or once production has started, cancellations and modifications can no longer be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges — Same Design Orders

Because Same Design jackets are made-to-measure based on the measurements you provide, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges except in the case of a manufacturing defect originating from our atelier.

If you believe your item has a defect caused by our production, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@roadscraft.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review your case and offer an appropriate resolution.

Returns & Exchanges — Bespoke Orders

Bespoke jackets are designed and crafted entirely to your personal specifications. By their nature, they cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, except in the case of a defect directly caused by our atelier.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or remake the item at our discretion. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@roadscraft.com with your order number and photographs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@roadscraft.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to find the best resolution.

Shipping Fees on Returns

In the rare event that a return is authorised due to an atelier defect, return shipping costs will be covered by ROADS CRAFT. In all other cases, return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
