- Product: The jacket(s) in your order; the main characteristics are shown on the product page and in the cart: model, size, lining colour and any personalisation.
- Total price: The amount shown at checkout, in USD. Shipping is free.
- Not included in the price: For deliveries outside Türkiye, the destination country's import VAT, customs duty and customs clearance fee. These are paid by the buyer.
- Payment: By the methods shown at checkout; production starts after payment.
- Delivery: Shipped within 15 business days of payment; the risk stays with us until delivery to you.
- Cancellation: Free of charge within 48 hours of placing the order.

Right of withdrawal:
- For standard orders (defined in the Returns, Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy) you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, without giving any reason. To withdraw, you can use the "Withdraw from contract" link on the site, email us, or send the withdrawal form.
- The cost of sending the jacket back is borne by you. For our customers in Türkiye, this cost is borne by us; we send you the details of our contracted carrier in reply to your withdrawal notice.
- Personalised and Custom Made orders have no right of withdrawal, because the product is made to the specifications you set (EU Directive 2011/83 Art. 16(c); Türkiye Distance Contracts Regulation Art. 15(1)(ç)).
- Statutory warranty: At least 2 years from delivery (longer in some countries). For problems caused by the atelier or the leather, unconditional take-back; you choose between a refund, repair or replacement.
- Complaints and redress: info@roadscraft.com. In Türkiye, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts; in the EU, the consumer bodies and courts of the country where you live.
